    A few years ago I stopped practicing fasting. When I decided to go back, the app I used no longer existed and I had to download several until I found this phenomenon. A great app. Its premium version is very cheap around the value of a pack of rice and LIFETIME. Certainly the best app. Congratulations to the developers.

    This app really helps me stay motivated and allows me to keep track of EVERYTHING I’m really looking at during my fasting phase.

Fasting Tracker Free

Choose your program and we will show you, when is your next fast start, and the time since the last fast on the timer screen. You can press the Start Fasting button and we will show you the goal ending time too. Press the End button when you start eating.

Water Intake Tracker

Tap on the water icon whenever you drink water and input your water intake. Track your water intake in the Me tab. Your need for water depends on various factors including if you’re active and how much water you lose (i.e if you sweat a lot you will need more water)
